I am an Assistant Professor of Economics at Middlebury College, Research Fellow at IZA and Affiliate at J-PAL.
My research focus is in development economics, labor economics, and behavioral economics with a particular focus on gender. I have research projects in Mexico, Morocco, Rwanda, Saudi-Arabia, and South Africa.
I hold a Diplom from Jena University, MPA (ID) from Harvard University, and PhD from Harvard University.
I teach courses in microeconomic theory and the economics of discrimination.
